TQ 06524 47771   Good numbers of large heptageniidae - should be hatching very soon. Just started to see BWOs. Pleasing numbers of cased caddis - mainly goeridae. A few damsel nymphs in sample. Heptageniidae numbers have now reduced considerably - quite a few this year seen as adults. Rather poor numbers of olives. A few more baetis than last month but fewer caseless caddis - mainly rhyacophila. Good numbers of BWO and the usual mass of gammarus.
